Requirements: be scheme (owner or beneficiary) in high in the Mutuality, have 70 years or more, have recognized a disability equal to or greater than 65 per cent, and should not be dependent on incompatibility.
The amount of aid is determined depending on income level, in accordance with the criteria and depending on the scale established in the summons.
