EXPLANATORY NOTE ON THE REGULAR EXCHANGE OF ENTITY MÉDICA (JANUARY) EXTRAORDINARY AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT RESOLUCIÓN FEBRUARY 2025

All persons who hold can request this year, exceptionally, 2 medical entity changes, if they so wish: a request in january and/or a request in february. Persons connected with DKV, MAPFRE or SANNITI must apply the change NECESSARILY regular medical entity IN JANUARY to continue with care in february. More information. 

Dates of effects:

  • Request made in january, 1 february.
  • Request made in february 2025: 1 march.

Beneficiaries:

Requests for transfers will be always entity by the person and holder apply to both the individual applicant and the beneficiaries with partners.

Health-care card:

  • If you have selected private entity that entity will send you the health card accreditation of MUGEJU you are downloading from the electronic society , declaring its medical entity.
  •  if you have selected the public health system (INSS) MUGEJU, since we will send you, after a few days from the application, an email with the accreditation of INSS, which should go to your health centre for the health card of their autonomous community.

DOCUMENTACIÓN NECESSARY

  • Regular exchange (january) and special change february 2025 it is not necessary to submit any documentation.

  • For a change of destination: document.

  • By changing residence: certificate of registration in the current and in the previous report.

  • To change a private entity with accordance of the entities concerned: documents of the entities concerned (to change from the public health system to a private entity, Only requires the conformity of the private entity).

  • To change the public health system for health justification: or socio-medical report confirming the current compliance with any of the criteria adopted by MUGEJU (see annex to the instruction for entity ). Important: this change involves a minimum stay of 2 years in the public health system (no changes can be requested regular and extraordinary expenses for the said period).

  • Other: what is determined in the relevant resolution of the results.

Persons active mutual the requests of MUGEJU procedures through electronic means in accordance with the provisions of article 14 (e) of law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities.

The persons retired mutual or justify problems of access to electronic media may submit their application in person in the offices of MUGEJU, or in any other places under article 16 (4) of law 39/2015, of Common Administrative Procedure of the Public administrations.
