Proof of registration of the studies for the scholarship, containing subjects transmission and the payment of school fees.

Photocopy of the family record book (upon request fellowship for the first time).

Academic certification or proof of the studies and qualifications obtained during the academic year before the scholarship application (unless there is a request fellowship for the first time).

If it does not authorize Mutuality to consult your identity: Photocopy of id card
To request this provision must be discharged as a scheme of the special fund of the General Mutuality. Identification will be achieved through the system Cl@ve
so you will need to be discharged in that system or have dni-electrónico
or one of the digital certificates admitted
