DOCUMENTACIÓN TO CONTRIBUTE

  • Kinship

    Según el caso:

    • Documento del Registro Civil: certificado de matrimonio, de nacimiento o libro de familia.

    • Resolución administrativa de pareja de hecho, de adopción o de acogimiento.

    • Certificate of registration, in the case of couples cohabiting for over a year.

  • Consent and income (only for beneficiaries of age)

    • A DOCUMENT OF CONSENT IN AUTORIZACIÓN DATA QUERY : include consent for the high, the express authorization for the consultation of economic data with the National tax administration agency (AEAT) and the renunciation of another health care of Social security (if any).

    • En caso de no autorizar la consulta de información a la AEAT*:

      • Consent in MUGEJU
      • Statement of Última I.R.P.F. or other supporting documentation.
