Complaints, suggestions and congratulations

Los ciudadanos pueden pueden presentar quejas, sugerencias o felicitaciones acerca del funcionamiento de los servicios que proporciona la Mutualidad General Judical.

Made the complaint, or suggestion, the person concerned will receive a record of its submission through a postal or e-mail (as indicated in presenting its communication).

The Society In General will inform the Court concerned of the actions undertaken within 20 working days. This term could be suspended if necessary require the person concerned for that, within 10 working days, to make clarifications.

Can lodge a complaint, suggestion or congratulations in the central and provincial offices in the mutual Judicial General, as well as in any other places under article 16 (4) of law 39/2015, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities.
